  • 3 ½ olive oil

  2. whisk together the quinoa flour' salt. oil and water

  3. Lay over additional baking paper and roll out using a rolling pin until you get a dough 5 mm thick

  4. Cut into rectangles using a sharp knife

  5. And put in the oven for 15 min

  6. Cool slightly and apply a spread you like
